We are once again increasing our production capacity with new state-of-the-art machinery
At Mebsa we remain committed to innovation, precision and continuous improvement. For this reason, we have recently incorporated two new advanced machines that allow us to improve our production capacity and, in addition, to face even more complex challenges in CNC machining.
New Doosan SMX2600ST multitasking lathe: versatility and power in a single machine
The first acquisition is the Doosan SMX2600ST multitasking lathe, a 9-axis machine designed to offer maximum flexibility and efficiency in production. This equipment allows machining large diameter parts (from 600 to 1,540 mm), integrating turning and milling operations in a single setup. Thanks to its advanced architecture and the possibility of multitasking, we can significantly reduce cycle times and ensure millimeter tolerances, even on parts with complex geometries.
Intelligent automation thanks to the Hermle C32 GEN2 with EROWA robot
The second new addition to our facility is the Hermle C32 GEN2 machining center with EROWA LS Double robot loading system. This 5-axis machine is optimized for highly complex and precise work, reaching a linear speed of up to 60 m/min and a maximum working capacity of 650x650x500 mm. Thanks to its automation, it can operate in continuous production, increasing efficiency and reducing downtime.

A new headquarters to continue growing
These new additions coincide with other very important news for us: we will soon be opening new headquarters in Sant Julià de Vilatorta. This larger, more equipped, sustainable and modern space is designed to facilitate a more efficient workflow and offer the best conditions for our team. From here, we will be able to continue growing, integrating advanced technology and reinforcing our commitment to the preservation of the environment.
