Mebsa is a company devoted to precision machining since 1998. Our equipment and extensive experience in the areas of machining and quality control allow us to carry out work that is highly technical and of the highest standards. Our location (60 km from Barcelona and 120 miles from France) gives us the opportunity to work for both national and international customers. And our family make-up ensures that we do so by offering a friendly and meticulous service.

What do we do?

We specialise in short and medium series precision machining; in the manufacture of complex parts and also in laser marking. We know what we do and how to do it, which is why we cooperate with the client in researching and providing solutions regardless of how technical the project may be. Each new part is a challenge that we rise to with enthusiasm, professionalism and thoroughness.

Laboratory

Our facilities are equipped with a high-quality laboratory fitted out with all the devices needed to certify the quality of our products and ensure that the parts we manufacture have the exact sizes required by customers

Automatic
three-dimensional
machine

Three-dimensional measuring machine that probes the part and provides its measurements in the coordinates we have defined. It allows comparing the part with a CAD file and generating dimensional statistics and reports.

Wi-Fi
probes

Probes that allow measuring internal diameters with thousandth-level precision. They store the data and send it via Bluetooth to a terminal from which statistical charts can be generated.

Profile
projector

Measures the profiles of small parts by enlarging the real size of the part by 20 times.
