New headquarters: efficiency and growth to face more challenges

At Mebsa, we’ve taken a major step by relocating to our new headquarters in Sant Julià de Vilatorta– an essential move to continue growing and better meet our clients’ needs. This relocation is part of our ongoing strategy of growth and improvement, aimed at increasing production capacity and optimizing processes.

A necessary step for growth

The move to the new facility was a strategic decision to accommodate exponential growth and ensure our ability to meet increasing demand. Our previous site could no longer handle the rising activity efficiently. The new headquarters allows us to unify all processes in a single space and manage larger-scale production more efficiently.

A better location

The new site is just 5 minutes from the previous one, located in an industrial area with improved accessibility and communication. It’s positioned next to a main road, making it easier for transporters and streamlining the logistics of material flow in and out.

Improvements in production and control

One of the most significant upgrades is the optimization of production flow: what was once done in two separate warehouses is now executed in one space, speeding up production and increasing our responsiveness. We’ve also implemented new software solutions that provide enhanced control and traceability of processes, with specific modules for purchase and inventory management.

Sustainability and energy efficiency

Sustainability remains one of our core values. At the new site, we’ve installed solar panels, smart lighting sensors, and an optimized climate control system to maintain precision in machined parts. We’ve also integrated efficient compressed air systems that reuse surplus energy to heat sanitary water, significantly reducing the overall energy consumption of our facilities.

At Mebsa, we continue working to always offer the best service, take on new challenges, and meet the needs of our clients. Would you like to learn more about our new production capabilities? Get in touch with us
