Hypermill 5Axis Multi Blade Standard Bundle: precision machining of turbopumps

We have recently been able to incorporate Hypermill’s new 5Axis Multi Blade Standard Bundle module, an innovative tool that makes us one of only three companies in Spain with access to this technology. This advanced software allows us to machine rocket turbopump blades with exceptional precision, using Inconel 718, a material known for its high resistance and complexity in machining. While other companies use it with materials that are easier to work with, at Mebsa we go one step further, demonstrating our ability to tackle technically demanding projects in the aerospace sector. This technology, integrated with our 5-axis solutions, guarantees optimal results in critical applications.
