2025, a year to remember: decisions, improvements and much more

At MEBSA we don’t usually talk about year‑end in grandiose terms. We prefer to talk about parts, processes, technical decisions and work well done. Even so, this end of the year is a good time to reflect, look back and put into context some important changes we have experienced as a precision machining company.

A year marked by a key change: the new facility

The move to the new headquarters in Sant Julià de Vilatorta has not been a simple rebranding or an increase in space. It has been a strategic decision designed to improve, above all, MEBSA’s internal logistics: from the entry of material to the final delivery of each machined part.

Change of location to improve road access

The new location offers better connections with major transport routes. This facilitates logistics. In addition, it allows smoother communication with clients and suppliers, both nationally and internationally.

Improvement of production flows

The unification of spaces has allowed us to reorganize workflows. As a result, we have achieved more agile, orderly and efficient production.

Control, traceability and quality

The new chapter has also allowed us to reinforce the control and traceability of each job. We’re not just talking about technology, but methodology: knowing at all times where each part is in the process, what operations have been performed and what comes next.

Commitment to sustainability and energy efficiency

We understand sustainability from a practical point of view: consuming less energy and optimizing resources. The new facility incorporates solar panels, intelligent lighting and a more efficient compressed air system. In addition, the facility is climate‑controlled, which reduces thermal dispersion and, as a result, makes production processes more stable.

A year of expansion

As with any growth process, this year has also brought unforeseen events. However, all of them have been resolved satisfactorily. The combination of experience, planning and adaptability has been key. This approach reinforces our way of understanding work: facing challenges with rigor and turning them into opportunities.

Human team

None of the above would be possible without the commitment of the MEBSA team. For this reason, we want to express special thanks to our technical team for their involvement, positive attitude and daily effort. In addition, their ability to adapt to change has made it possible to integrate new processes efficiently.

Looking to the future

We close the year with the feeling of having made decisions that prepare us better for what’s ahead. We face the new year with more optimism than ever and with the same commitment as always to precision machining.
