Enhancing MEBSA’s competitiveness with MICOM

Mecanitzat­ed Eudald Burgaya Sala, S.L. (MEBSA) has successfully developed the project “Enhancing MEBSA’s Competitiveness”, with the acronym MICOM, under the call “Productive investment projects to improve competitiveness, environmental sustainability impact, and digitalization in industrial companies.” The project began in August 2023 and will run until July 2025 as part of the company’s strategy for industrial transformation and technological consolidation.

Through this initiative, MEBSA has driven a comprehensive modernization of its production model, aimed at strengthening its ability to meet the challenges of a globalized and highly demanding market. The investment has focused on acquiring cutting-edge equipment and progressively integrating digital technologies to improve process efficiency, reduce production times, and enhance the final quality of machined parts.

This technological leap enables MEBSA to increase flexibility and responsiveness in manufacturing complex parts and short to medium series, thus consolidating its position as a leading company in precision machining. At the same time, the project contributes to environmental sustainability by improving energy efficiency and minimizing industrial waste.
